Job description

I am a single a mom with a physical disability looking for help with my two kids - I need to go to medical appts and get groceries done. Also trying to sort travel to school and from. We have a nice two bedroom and a little chihuahua. My son has autism level 2 non verbal and my daughter is a huge help.
