About the Role The majority of our business runs through SELLIT9 Direct, our consumer channel. SELLIT9 Commerce, the merchant channel, is the smaller share today, and growing it is the point of this role: hold Direct's volume steady while making merchants discover us, understand the trade-in program in plain terms, and come to us instead of the other way around.
