We need someone who owns acquisition end to end: the funnel from click to activation, and the honest read on what is actually working. Enough people want this that the real question now is whether we can bring them in predictably, at a cost that works, and know why it worked. You are a full-stack growth operator: comfortable running the ad account, writing the email, and trying the guerrilla idea in the same week.
