Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Social Worker or similar role
• Proficiency in Case Management
• Proficiency in Counseling
• Proficiency in Crisis Intervention
• Proficiency in Documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
