Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role
- Proficiency in Scrum Framework
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies
- Proficiency in Facilitation
- Proficiency in Conflict Resolution
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
