• Perform School Counselor duties in accordance with company policies and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a School Counselor or similar role
• Proficiency in Counseling
• Proficiency in Student Development
• Proficiency in Crisis Intervention
• Proficiency in Communication
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
