Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a IT Support Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Help Desk
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac
• Proficiency in Networking Basics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
