Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience Manager or similar role

• Proficiency in Process Improvement
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
